The more in-depth the discussion about AGI, the clearer a reality becomes: if intelligence is always controlled by a few giants, this path cannot go far.
This is also why expectations for the Open AGI Summit are high. This is not a theoretical forum—directly addressing hardcore topics like open-source AI and decentralized training, truly discussing how intelligence should be built and distributed.
ETHDenver is a good opportunity. The density of developers here is already high, and the innovative atmosphere of Web3 naturally suits this kind of cutting-edge dialogue. Perhaps some substantial collaboration directions can be sparked.

Decentralized training sounds good, but can it really be implemented? Or is it just another round of empty talk?

Decentralized training sounds great, but can it really outperform the massive computational power of big corporations?

Open-source AI is really not the way to go; monopoly by giants is the future.
Decentralized training sounds great, but who will bear the computational cost?
ETHDenver is once again hyping concepts; let's wait until actual products are released.
Talking about theories on paper is indeed annoying, but do Web3 developers really understand AGI?
Distributed ownership sounds cool, but how difficult will it be to implement in practice?

The dominance of giants should have been broken long ago; decentralization in training is the right way forward.

Decentralized training definitely needs someone to push it forward, otherwise it will just become internal conflicts within big companies.
If Open AGI can really land some collaborations this time... that would be truly interesting.
ETHDenver gathering so many builders, the chances of sparks flying are quite high. Let's wait and see.

ngl, "distributed ownership" of AGI sounds nice until you actually trace the code... seen too many "decentralized" projects with hidden centralization vectors buried three layers deep. needs serious audit tbh.
