Tether is registered as a trademark in Russia, valid until 2035.
PANews January 11 News, according to Russian media reports, the USDT stablecoin issuer Tether has registered its asset tokenization platform Hadron’s trademark in Russia. The company submitted the application in October 2025, and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) decided to register the trademark in January 2026. The company has obtained exclusive rights to the trademark, valid until October 3, 2035. The trademark can be used for blockchain financial services, cryptocurrency trading and exchange, crypto payment processing, and related consulting services.
