Honestly, the most profound realization I've had recently is this: in this industry, pain is the norm. Tattoos, ice baths—these seemingly extreme activities are all forms of practice for me—to feel, to endure.
Looking back on my experiences over the years, there's no better way to summarize them than with two words: pain. I won't hide it; in the crypto world, I am quite a pure Loser. Although I started off well, interning at a well-known private equity fund in my early years and being exposed to many traditional financial concepts, it was only after truly entering this industry that I realized how shallow my knowledge was.
Every market fluctuation, every project setback, every cognitive upgrade is accompanied by pain. Maybe this is the price of living in this circle.

Pain is the norm, and that's true, but the real risk control issue is—have you set the liquidation price? Merely practicing without bottom-fishing is a waste.

Is suffering part of the practice? Man, your way of thinking is really different, much more reliable than those who constantly boast about "making it."
This is the way we should be—only by facing reality can we stay clear-headed.
After years of ups and downs, who hasn't gone through it? It's just that many people don't dare to say it.

Tattoo ice baths are basically just psychological tricks for yourself; the real pain comes from the numbers in your account taking a nosedive.

Ha, this is the real talk. Compared to those who boast all day, I actually think this brother is more sober.

The constant state of pain really hits home. That's how the crypto world is—each wave teaches you how to behave.
---
I give full marks for the self-deprecating "Loser" comment; at least it's more honest than those self-proclaimed influencers.
---
Getting a tattoo and taking ice baths are basically self-torture as a form of practice, but I can truly understand that feeling.
---
Is there really such a big difference from private equity to the crypto world? Feels like I need to completely overhaul my knowledge system.
---
Every upgrade in understanding comes with pain—that's what they call tuition fees. I've paid quite a bit.
---
Well said, instead of pretending to be cool, it's better to admit defeat. People like that tend to survive more easily.

Pain is the norm, I believe this, those who don't believe have already been wiped out haha
Are tattooing and ice baths just self-hypnosis? Actually, you still have to endure
The early hype is useless, this is the most realistic thing in this circle
Losing money is the best teacher, yes, it really is expensive
It sounds a bit depressing, but it's much more honest than those who shout about air coins every day
From private equity to the crypto world, isn't the depreciation rate of knowledge ridiculously high?
