Aave's Horizon RWA market just smashed through $200 million in active borrows—marking a significant milestone for real-world asset integration in decentralized finance. The surge reflects growing institutional appetite for tokenized RWA products, as the DeFi ecosystem continues bridging traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure.

200 million dollars. RWA is really taking off, and institutions are coming in as soon as they smell the opportunity.

$200m sounds nice until you realize the correlation coefficient with actual institutional adoption is... questionable. seen this movie before, not financial advice but reminds me of UST in May when everyone was flexing tvl numbers right before the printer went brrr in reverse

$200m in active borrows on Horizon... ngl the composability layer here is what gets me excited. not just the number, but *how* the design primitives are enabling institutional capital to actually flow through smart contracts without the traditional friction.
need to audit those collateral mechanisms tho - what's the merkle proof structure looking like under the hood?

200M in lending volume... This is the real RWA taking off. Are traditional finance and on-chain finally going to integrate?

A lending volume of 200 million is indeed impressive, but the real test is still to come.
