Global digital payment platform Wirex announces a strategic partnership with TRON DAO to build a new fully on-chain payment infrastructure on the TRON network. The system aims to enable instant, autonomous global value transfers, allowing TRON users to use digital assets for everyday transactions while maintaining self-custody of their assets. This infrastructure leverages TRON's high-performance network (which has processed over $23 trillion in transactions) to provide fast settlement and near-zero fees. Wirex will connect this on-chain economy with Visa's merchant network and traditional banking channels covering over 130 countries.
