Bull and bear trap, when more people enter at the same high point, it quickly crashes down to kill the bulls; when more people are shorting, it slowly rises and then drops, taking the fees along the way. Even if short sellers enter at the high point and then the price crashes, the profits are not enough to cover the fees.
