Talus changes its distribution strategy: US tokens instead of yUS for the TGE Airdrop
The Talus platform for decentralized AI agents has announced a significant change to its asset distribution plan. According to reports from Biji.com, the tokens to be distributed in the corresponding TGE event will be US instead of yUS, as previously announced.
What happened to yUS and what is the new schedule?
Talus explained that yUS represents an experimental asset designed as a vault for yield-generating liquidity positions. Although the Talus team spent several weeks preparing the launch of this product, operational complications arose that forced a reconsideration of the timeline. The partner responsible for the liquidity vault announced that they would not be able to maintain the necessary technical support in the long term due to internal adjustments in their operations. In light of this, Talus decided to postpone the launch of yUS until after the TGE event is completed, prioritizing the stability and reliability of the final product.
Current opportunities for users
Despite the change in the distribution strategy, users can continue participating in Talus’s incentive program. As established, it is still possible to stake US in the incentive pools of the loyalty program, allowing participants to generate yields while maintaining their exposure to the ecosystem.

On November 24, the Talus Foundation introduced its LP-based airdrop mechanism through its X platform account. The original proposal involved distributing yUS tokens via the NODO AI vault, which encapsulates automated strategies to provide liquidity to the US-USDC trading pool on Momentum DEX. With this new structure, Talus aims to optimize its distribution model while maintaining a focus on long-term liquidity solutions.
