Web3 security agencies have recently exposed a new type of scam—using MEV Bot (Maximum Extractable Value Bot) as a front, through carefully crafted tutorial videos to lure users into deploying malicious smart contracts, ultimately stealing their digital assets. The number of such cases is rapidly increasing, and all cryptocurrency users should be vigilant.

MEV Bot is a legitimate blockchain concept—it refers to an automated program capable of extracting maximum value by identifying and executing on-chain arbitrage opportunities.
