This is the hard truth nobody wants to admit. A truly revolutionary product doesn't crumble over trivial friction. Real innovation finds its way around blockers. If you can't scale past a single competitor's launch or market resistance, maybe your competitive moat wasn't as strong as you thought.

The graveyard of 'next big things' is full of products that had solid ideas but terrible distribution, weak positioning, or simply couldn't defend their turf when things got competitive. Distribution beats product. Strategy beats luck. That's the game.

It's a bit harsh, but it really hits home... How many "revolutionary products" have died because of channels and positioning? No matter how brilliant the idea is, if it doesn't sell, it's all for nothing.

Haha, well said. A bunch of project teams love to pass the buck to the market. In reality, their own strategies are just too weak. Do they really think having a good idea means they can just sit back and win? Wake up, distribution channels are the real boss. If one coin dies, you can blame the market; if ten coins die, then you have only yourself to blame.
