How can a newbie reduce the risk of getting liquidated?
1. Strictly control leverage multiples: This is the core of preventing Get Liquidated, newbies are advised to use low leverage; the higher the leverage, the more likely it is for a small reverse price fluctuation to trigger Get Liquidated. 2. Mandatory Risk Control Parameters: Each trade must set both stop-loss and take-profit simultaneously, especially during volatile market conditions, manual operation is simply too late, this is the "lifeline". 3. Position Diversification Management: The position of a single contract should never exceed 10%-15% of the total capital to avoid 'full margin betting'. Even if a certain trade gets liquidated, it will not affect the overall capital safety. 4. Avoid extreme market conditions: Try not to open new positions during major policy announcements, exchange system fluctuations, or severe market turbulence (such as price changes exceeding 10%); at this time, slippage and the risk of Get Liquidated will increase sharply. Looking for a group of like-minded people to trade together, make profits happily. #BTC #ETH #GT
