On a cloudy afternoon, Udin was feeling very down because he had just been dumped by his girlfriend. He invited his senior friend, Mr. Budi (, whose face resembled an important character but in a low-budget version ), to share his thoughts at their favorite chicken noodle stall. Udin: "I don't understand, Sir. Why did he leave me? I have given everything. My heart is broken..." (Udin starts to sob). Mr. Budi did not answer immediately. His face was flat, his gaze sharp, piercing through the steam of the chicken noodle soup. With a slow and authoritative movement, his right hand reached for the bottle of chili sauce. Mr. Budi: "Din, life is all about calculations..." Udin stopped crying for a moment, hoping to receive some wise advice. "What do you mean, Sir?" Mr. Budi began pouring the sauce with high precision into his bowl. His eyes did not blink. Mr. Budi: "Do you know why you broke up? The formula is simple. Up there it is written..." (Mr. Budi pointed to the sky with his chin) "...Ego plus Ego, the result is Split. Two stubborn heads can't unite." Udin was stunned. "Wow... that's deep, Sir. So I have to lower my ego?" Mr. Budi suddenly stirred his noodles with great enthusiasm, ruining the previous quiet moment. Mr. Budi: "That's the theory, Din. The formula is different in practice now." Udin: "What other formulas, Sir?" Mr. Budi: "Survival formula. Chicken Noodles plus Sweet Tea, the result is FULL. Enough, no need to cry. Better you order now before the noodles run out. Being lost doesn't fill you up, Din!" Udin: "..." ( Suddenly shouted ) "Sir! Two chicken noodles, one chicken feet!" Moral message: Sometimes the best heartbreak solution isn't words of wisdom, but carbohydrates and sugar.
