The following types of people thrive in the market.

The first type is to basically hold no positions for a year, trading only two or three times a year. When opportunities arise, act quickly and accurately, and run away once you make a profit. As the saying goes: Only those who can hold no positions are the true masters.
The second method is to hold stocks for the long term, for three to five years. When saving money in the bank, aim to have stocks in hand but not in mind. This has a prerequisite: to accurately identify an upward trend.
The third method is to buy only one stock for a lifetime, using the price difference through market fluctuations to reduce the cost to a negative number. Smart people know: competing against one big player is better than competing against a hundred.
The fourth type is to always chase the leading trends, these people treat the market as an ATM. The key is: be sensitive, enter and exit quickly.
The fifth type is to have your own trading model and trade according to your own model regardless of how the market changes.
The sixth type is those who decisively cut losses and take profits. They take profits immediately after making money and cut losses immediately after losing 5%. They don’t chase the last cent, only eating the body of the fish, not the tail.
