Hong Kong’s virtual asset ETF ecosystem showed notable trading activity on September 5th, with approximately HK$45.24 million in combined volume across all listed products by market close.
Ethereum ETFs Lead Market Action
Ethereum-denominated products dominated the day’s trading landscape. China Asset Management’s Ethereum ETF (03046.HK/09046.HK/83046.HK) recorded the strongest performance with HK$25.0296 million in turnover, representing the bulk of overall market activity. This was followed by Harvest’s Ethereum ETF (03179.HK/09179.HK) at HK$2.3893 million and Bosera’s Ethereum ETF (03009.HK/09009.HK) at HK$1.6533 million.
Bitcoin ETF Performance
Bitcoin products attracted moderate interest across multiple issuers. China Asset Management’s Bitcoin ETF (3042.HK/9042.HK/83042.HK) saw HK$6.568 million in transactions, while Harvest’s Bitcoin ETF (03439.HK/09439.HK) generated HK$6.2721 million. Bosera rounded out the Bitcoin segment with HK$3.3281 million in trading volume.

All Hong Kong virtual asset ETFs offer dual currency trading options through Hong Kong dollar and US dollar counters. China Asset Management’s offerings provide an additional layer of accessibility with RMB-denominated trading pairs, distinguishing their products within the local market infrastructure.
The approximately HK$45.24 million trading volume reflects ongoing investor engagement with cryptocurrency exposure through traditional Hong Kong equity market channels.
