As long as you eat only until you are 70% full at each meal, avoid late-night snacks, and exercise for 10 hours a week, you can basically lose weight in 2 weeks. At least you won't develop a big belly. As for six-pack abs, you need to add some crunches. The headache is that I lose face first when I lose weight, which gives the illusion of losing weight very quickly.
