NVIDIA's Jensen Huang just dropped his take on the global tech race. His stance? The U.S. is crushing it right now.
Huang's argument is straightforward—tech dominance has always defined which country sits at the top. Every major era of power came down to who controlled the leading technology of that time.
Before getting into NVIDIA's backstory, he made it clear: America's position in this race isn't just about innovation anymore. It's about maintaining that edge when everyone else is trying to catch up.

Mr. Huang is right, chips are indeed the modern nuclear weapons.

Jensen's words sound like he's digging up his own vegetable patch. Doesn't NVIDIA know what it relies on to make a living?

Jensen Huang said the US is dominating? That depends on who’s manufacturing the chips. To put it nicely, it’s competition; to put it bluntly, it’s just a stranglehold on the supply chain.

What Jensen said makes sense, but it feels like he's just advertising the advantage of American chips.

Jensen is still as amusing as ever when he speaks. Is American technology really far ahead? After he said that with a smile, Nvidia’s stock price went up again, and my dream drifted even further away.
America is indeed impressive, but the real question is, when will us retail investors ever get to be impressive?
Maintaining the advantage? Easy for him to say. Honestly, I think it just means they’re comfortable having us by the throat.
We’ve heard these same lines too many times. In the end, it all comes down to whether chips can get any cheaper.
Jensen: America is ahead. Me: My account is ahead too—leading the way to zero.

A typical American perspective. I'm tired of hearing Jensen Huang say the same things over and over.

What Jensen Huang said makes sense, but can the U.S. really keep holding the world by the throat forever...
