Interesting observation: folks in one major L1 ecosystem figured out that rallying behind a single token might be their survival play. Meanwhile, another chain's community? Still fragmented, everyone doing their own thing. Classic coordination problem playing out in real time.

Coordination issues ultimately come down to permission control—whoever holds the discourse power can unify actions. I've seen too many projects split their communities due to on-chain governance loopholes, and it's happening again this time.

Haha, that's the difference. Some people band together for survival, while others are still acting on their own. In the end, it all comes down to execution and consensus.

Damn, so many people are still acting on their own. They should have realized by now that unity is the key.

The fragmentation of the ecosystem, to put it bluntly, is simply due to the lack of a common enemy. One chain bands together for mutual support, while another is still caught up in infighting, and the gap in mindset becomes immediately apparent.

Bro, this is a classic example of the 80/20 rule. People on one chain are smart enough to band together for mutual benefit, while those on the other chain are still doing their own thing. Isn't this just giving others a chance to take advantage of them?
