Don't remind me again today

The gap's narrowing fast. Perpetual contract DEXs aren't just keeping up anymore—they're legitimately competing with centralized platforms on execution speed and liquidity depth.

We dug into the leading perp protocols to figure out which ones actually deliver on their promises. The results? Some surprising contenders are pushing boundaries we didn't expect.

Execution slippage used to be the dealbreaker for on-chain perps. Not anymore. Order book depth on a few protocols now rivals what you'd find on established centralized venues. That's a shift worth paying attention to if you're serious about on-chain trading infrastructure.

NGL perp DEX has really taken off this time, and the resolution of the slippage issue feels like the true beginning of threatening CEX.

Listen, I just want to ask—really? Can these DEX actually compete with Centralized Exchanges? The Slippage before was just hopeless...

Nah, that's not right. I feel that centralized exchanges are more stable. Decentralized perpetuals seem to have deeper liquidity, but when it comes to critical moments, they are still prone to slippage.

Ngl, the slippage issue has finally been resolved, it should have been done earlier, how much longer can centralized exchanges keep showing off?

Is Decentralization Perptual Futures really going to da moon? I will only believe it if the Slippage problem is solved.

Wow, is the DEX perpetual really taking off? Slippage was indeed a fatal flaw before, but now it can actually compete with CEX... quite interesting.
