[Coin World] I heard that the new SEC chairman Paul Atkins recently made a statement, intending to change the existing rules with a clear goal—to reduce those endless lawsuits and make the path for companies' IPOs smoother. This could be a positive signal for the encryption industry, as the SEC's tough stance had troubled many projects before. It seems that the regulatory wind is really changing; now we just need to see how it will be implemented.

Here we go again? Hold on before hyping it up, Paul has made plenty of statements like this before.

ngl if you look at the data on sec litigation timelines, this "rule change" narrative might be more hopeful than actualy substantive. technically speaking, they've been saying this for years... show me the sustainable returns first before i get hyped

Finally, someone is going to deal with the SEC. That previous barrage of lawsuits was truly outrageous.

Finally, someone dares to stir up the murky waters of the SEC. By the way, is Atkins really going to take action this time or is it just hot air again?

Finally, someone is going to stir the muddy waters of the SEC. If Atkins really comes through this time... well, let's take a look first, hoping it's not just more empty talk.

Finally, someone is going to deal with the SEC's trap of outdated rules. It should have been changed a long time ago, as they previously made it extremely difficult for projects.

Finally, it has a bit of humanity; the previous trap of suppression policies was really annoying.

Speaking of which, if Paul Atkins really gets moving, we, who have been stuck and suffering, might finally catch a break.
Is the new SEC chairman going to take action? Paul Atkins claims to change rules to help IPOs.
