Doubao has pushed the mobile phone, feeling that Jarvis is one step closer to us.
This is actually an Android device, an engineering sample developed in collaboration with ZTE. The core highlight is the built-in Doubao voice assistant. Its functionality is much smarter than SIRI—SIRI is still at the level of commands like "open NetEase Cloud Music," but Doubao can directly understand "play a certain song," then find the software, search for the song, and start playing all in one go.
This interaction method is indeed closer to a true intelligent assistant.

To be honest, Doubao has something going on this time. Although it's still a prototype, it's definitely more usable than that Siri trap.

ngl, the gap between siri's parsing and actual natural language comprehension is statistically significant... like we're talking orders of magnitude here. if baozi actually nails the inference layer, that's—theoretically speaking—a non-trivial step toward actual agency. but let's be honest, one prototype doesn't move the needle on fundamental architecture problems.

Wow, is Jarvis real? Why do I feel like this is still at demo level?
Wait, can it really find software to search for songs by itself? If it can, I'm going to charge right in.
SIRI should have been retired ages ago, Doubao finally looks like something this time.
Here we go again, it's a trap again, they'll probably launch another generation in two years, haha.
I bet five bucks it'll become useless in two years, do you dare to bet?
If this thing really works, I might have to sell my house to buy it.

Wow, is this for real? Is Doubao really that powerful now?
Wait, that junk thing SIRI is still around, the gap is quite big.
Jarvis's dream might really come true...
But the engineering prototype, when can this thing be bought?
I'm impressed by Doubao's move, automatically finding software to play music, that's what I call smart.
ZTE collaborating with Doubao, could it be aiming to compete with Apple?

Sounds good, but can Doubao really run stably? Will it start acting up after just two days?
