Doubao has pushed the mobile phone, feeling that Jarvis is one step closer to us.

This is actually an Android device, an engineering sample developed in collaboration with ZTE. The core highlight is the built-in Doubao voice assistant. Its functionality is much smarter than SIRI—SIRI is still at the level of commands like "open NetEase Cloud Music," but Doubao can directly understand "play a certain song," then find the software, search for the song, and start playing all in one go.

This interaction method is indeed closer to a true intelligent assistant.

To be honest, Doubao has something going on this time. Although it's still a prototype, it's definitely more usable than that Siri trap.

ngl, the gap between siri's parsing and actual natural language comprehension is statistically significant... like we're talking orders of magnitude here. if baozi actually nails the inference layer, that's—theoretically speaking—a non-trivial step toward actual agency. but let's be honest, one prototype doesn't move the needle on fundamental architecture problems.
