However, it is still too early to say “the bear market has arrived”. Many analysts believe that this adjustment is more like a halftime break in a bull market, rather than the peak of the cycle. The reason is quite simple: compared to the previous round of peak where there was widespread FOMO and maximum leverage, the current market sentiment is actually quite restrained, and we haven't seen any obvious signs of speculative overheating.

Tim Sun's judgment is more cautious. He believes that before the end of 2025, Bitcoin is unlikely to break out of a one-sided rally; a more probable scenario is “bottoming out” — where prices fluctuate at low levels, gradually building support. As long as the expectation of interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve remains in 2026, this period should be understood as a bottom consolidation area, rather than the beginning of a new long-term bear market.

Of course, the risk points must be clarified: if the price truly breaks below the $75,000 barrier, then all the optimistic expectations mentioned above would have to be completely overturned, and a deeper correction may be faced at that time.
