Don't remind me again today

Setting up entire departments just to check boxes on diversity and equity? Let's be real here—does that actually move the needle on revenue or profitability?

Companies keep building these corporate structures around buzzwords, pouring resources into initiatives that sound great in press releases. But when you strip away the PR spin, where's the tangible business impact?

The hard truth: organizational bloat doesn't generate returns. You can't budget your way to better performance by creating more administrative layers. Whether it's traditional corporations or decentralized projects, the same principle applies—focus matters. Resources spent on symbolic gestures are resources not driving actual growth.

Maybe it's time to ask harder questions about what actually creates value versus what just creates more meetings and mission statements. Results speak louder than slogans.

Really, is it worth creating so many departments just to include it in the annual report? It would be better to invest the money in something that can make a profit.

To put it bluntly, it's about spending money to buy fame. I've seen too many projects like this, with a bunch of departments and a bunch of people, and in the end, there are no results at all.

In simple terms, a bloated organization will never grow automatically; this logic applies on-chain as well.

In simple terms, this trap of multicultural inclusiveness is just for the sake of making press releases look good. How many actually profitable things are being done?

Ngl, this is a common issue in enterprises; just shouting slogans without delivering results ultimately harms the shareholders.

In plain terms, it's just burning money on vanity projects; the projects that can really make money have already To da moon.

In plain terms, the DEI department's trap is just a waste of money with a different facade; the projects that can actually make money don't care about these.

To be honest, this trap of diversified departments has built a bunch, but in the end, aren't we just having meetings? The money is burning fast, but the numbers haven't seen any growth.
