According to a report by Golden Finance, the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Paul Atkins will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange at 10:15 PM Beijing time on December 2 (9:15 AM Eastern Time) and will give an important speech titled "Revitalizing the American Capital Market on the 250th Anniversary" at 11 PM.
