It's not New York or Los Angeles, but these cities have become popular—Cambridge, Massachusetts ranks first, with over 40% of its population being young and 63% of those aged 25-44 earning over $150,000. The top ten also includes Jersey City, Santa Clara, Hillsborough, Boston, Sandy Springs, and others.

Texas is the best at fighting: 7 cities made it to the top 50, including Austin, Dallas, Richardson, etc., definitely a "paradise for entrepreneurs." In contrast, Florida didn't have any...

- Safety first: Many newcomers choose places with low violent crime rates and high quality of life.
- Tax friendliness: Texas has no state tax, attracting a large number of high-income individuals.
