MemeMax recently made a big move - launched a tool called Intern, which basically adds an "emotion radar" to the community.
The work that interns do is quite substantial: on one hand, they monitor the panic, frenzy, and various uncertain emotions in the community, while on the other hand, they chase hot topics and live debates, and then directly relay this information back to the team. This approach allows the project team to quickly adjust their pace and avoid aimless actions.
This change is quite critical—MemeMax clearly doesn't want to rely on temporary activities to boost its presence anymore, and is starting to figure out how to truly listen to the community's voice and move towards long-term operations.
