Don't remind me again today

Recently, many people have been asking me when the market will recover and why I haven't been discussing the market trends much.

Actually, my opinion hasn't changed; it's still the same as what I said last month—the market hasn't stabilized yet and may continue to explore downwards, but where the bottom is? No one can predict it accurately. However, we have indeed reached the bottom area. The strategy is very simple: buy in batches as it falls, and sell what you've bought when it rebounds. What if it doesn't rebound? Then just continue to slowly accumulate positions.

Why have we suddenly stopped analyzing the market every day? Because besides watching the K-line, we also have to live our lives. Frequent operations or constant anxiety during dull times are just ways to make things harder for ourselves. It's better to treat this period as a time to recharge—read some books, play with the cat, and regardless of the upheaval in the crypto world, I'll stroll leisurely. Don't turn life into a multiple-choice question where only price fluctuations matter; daily necessities are also part of the answer.

When the wind comes, only those with a stable mindset can catch it.

Honestly, instead of anxiously staring at the candlestick charts every day, it's better to first figure out your own life.

Absolutely right, watching the market all day is just torturing yourself. Staggered entry is the way to go, much more reliable than chasing the market up and down every day. This mindset is amazing, the crypto space needs more people who can think like this. The key is to survive—if you can't even do that, what's the point of watching the market? Agreed, you should accumulate in the bottom range; rushing things never pays off.

Really, what's the point of anxiously staring at the market every day? It won't change the trend. It's better to take a step back and wait for the Rebound before making any moves. To be honest, this mindset is the foundation for making money, and I won't say more. It's normal for the bottom area to experience repeated Whipsaw; just don't rush to get out of positions, time will provide the answer. I'm a bit tired, but I still have to trust my own judgment; otherwise, how can I hold on? There's nothing wrong with the logic of getting out of positions in batches; I'm just afraid human nature will act up again.

Well said, really, don't stare at the market every day and get yourself depressed, I'm in that state now too. Nice, this is what it means to live clearly, no matter how much the crypto world fluctuates, we still have to eat and sleep. Damn, you said what I was thinking, there's really not much to analyze lately, just waiting. Agreed, if there's no Rebound, just keep accumulating, anyway, the bottom is hard to gauge, might as well act like a gambler. Having a stable mindset really means winning half the battle, how many people fail due to anxiety. This copy seems to be advising me not to do this line of work... but the message is rough yet valid. That saying about daily necessities is spot on, no wonder people in the crypto world are depressed, just fixating on these little matters.

At a glance, I can tell it's that "mindset theory" again. It sounds nice, but it just means not having a clear direction. However, I do agree this time; not staring at the market every day can indeed make life a bit more comfortable.

This is the correct way to play with coins, which cannot be compared to those who advocate every day.

You're right, the more anxious you are, the more money you lose. It's better to pet a cat.

Well said, I need to learn this mindset. Watching the market every day really can lead to mental exhaustion.

What you said is quite right, but many people simply can't do it. They shout every day that they need to maintain a stable mindset, yet once the market moves, they start spamming like crazy.
