Recently, I noticed the Kindred project, and the SATO Sale is about to start.

What they are doing is quite interesting - they are combining emotional AI with classic IPs. Familiar characters like Teletubbies and Astro Boy are integrated into the AI companion system. The underlying technology runs on Sei.

The financing lineup looks decent: 0G leads the investment, the Sei ecosystem is supporting it, and VVV Capital has also participated in a round. The specific amount has not been disclosed, but the quality of the endorsing institutions is evident.

I am preparing to take some positions to test the waters and see what tricks this AI+IP combination can play.

Teletubbies AI companion, this is just too funny haha The lineup of investors is pretty good, but when it comes to IP, we’ll have to see if they can really monetize it in the long run. I’ve also been keeping an eye on the SATO Sale, might try putting a small amount in to play around. The Sei ecosystem has definitely been heating up lately, and quite a few institutions are jumping in. To be honest, I’m a bit worried there might be issues with IP licensing. Let’s wait and see after the mainnet launches. For now, I’m still on the fence about getting in.
