#美联储恢复降息进程 The beginning of December saw a bad start, with the entire market data experiencing a downward movement.
What's the worst? The market is completely chaotic now, with rises and falls based solely on feelings. You say to chase the highs? You might end up catching a falling knife; you say to buy the dips? There might still be new lows. During this volatile period of ups and downs, it's the easiest time for people to lose their composure.
That said, the flow of funds actually hides clues – the question is, can you understand it?
Pay attention, guys holding $ETH , the recent fluctuations of these few are quite alarming. Keep a close watch on the market data changes and don't just rely on your instincts to tough it out.
The most taboo during a period of fluctuation is blind operation. Regretting after the direction becomes clear? By then, the car has already driven away. It's better to be cautious now than to slap your thigh in regret later, right?

Here we go again, this wave of fluctuations is really something, I don’t even dare to look at the market data now.
To be honest, if you can't understand the capital flow, don't guess blindly, or you'll get played people for suckers.
Wait, wait, wait, does a rate cut always mean a rise? Why is it still falling so fiercely?
The most exhausting thing about watching the market is the mentality; it's more frustrating than losing money.
This is when human nature is most tested, to see who can resist the urge to make a rash move.

Is the Fed going to point shaving again? This wave of fluctuations is really exhausting to watch, the coins in hand are all dancing.
The flow of funds is just a matter of metaphysics, who can truly understand it?
Stop talking, it's all just a gambler's mentality now, chasing the price and getting trapped is a regular operation, do you believe that buying the dip can still fall?
When the right moment really comes, then enter a position, sitting idle now is just making money.

It's really a case of buying leads to a fall and selling leads to a rise, I'm just numb
---
Understanding capital flow is useless, it's still all about luck
---
Wait a minute, can we really cut interest rates this time or is it just another dove statement
---
Hold on tight, just pretend these coins don't exist, if we endure we win
---
Starting December with such a pump, I must be heartbroken for my ETH
---
To put it bluntly, no one knows what the next step is, it's all a gambler's mentality
---
Staring at the market for so long that my eyes are going blind, and it's still a fall
---
Now you're asking me what to do? I don't know either, brother
---
Every day talking about capital flow is just to scare people, who can really see through it
---
Stop advising, I'm already all in, just have to accept it

Oh my, it's falling again, this broken market really makes no sense
---
Is there a clue in the capital flow? Brother, I really can't see it
---
ETH has hit a new low again, my mentality has collapsed
---
I don't even dare to move now, will wait until the direction is clear
---
Chasing the price and getting trapped, buying the dip and continuing to fall, who has won this game
---
Don't ask me how I analyze the market, it's all based on guessing
---
Holding chips and can't sleep, this feeling is really terrible
---
The volatility is purely a seller's market, where has the capital gone
---
I've learned my lesson from blind operations, last time I cut loss I was sick of it
---
Let's wait and see, it's not too late to act once it's clear

December was indeed disappointing, but it feels like compared to the interest rate cut, it's mainly the institutions that are whipsawing.
I also don't quite understand the capital flow situation, but the principle that following the trend leads to the quickest losses is certainly true.
Now it's just about waiting, waiting until things become clearer before making a move; stubbornly holding on will only make it harder.

With interest rate cut expectations being like this, it still fell like this, funds are really slowly withdrawing.
