[Block Rhythm] I saw that some analysts pulled out an old ledger from 2019—back then, the Fed said they would stop QT (Quantitative Tightening) on August 1st, but the balance sheet was still shrinking in August. Why? Because the maturing treasury bonds would not be settled until mid-August.
It's the same old routine this time. Although the official announcement states that quantitative tightening will end on December 1st, don't expect the balance sheet to turn positive right away. Based on last time's experience, we might have to wait until early 2026 to see any real changes.
In simple terms: there is a time lag between policy implementation and data reflection. For the crypto world, this means that real liquidity improvement will have to wait a few more months. Those calling for a bull market turnaround might be overthinking it.

Wait, early 2026? Doesn't that mean we have to wait more than a year to see the real Liquidity release from the dip we bought now... This game is really unaffordable.

Wait, early 2026? Do we really have to wait more than a year for that? Is our patience really that valuable?

Wait, early 2026? We have to wait two more years, we still have to endure... It feels like this round of QT ending is useless.

Wait, early 2026? So the coins I’m hoarding now will take two years to see real improvements in liquidity? This operation is a bit ridiculous.

Data shows that the Fed's set of measures is far from simple; December 1st is just superficial, and the real liquidity release has to wait until early next year? Historical data indicates that it was also played this way in 2019, so don’t be fooled by the timeline.

Although the Fed's QT has ended, improvements in liquidity may have to wait until early next year.
