The rise of BTC can't be stopped at all. The market sentiment is so high that it feels a bit exaggerated, and as a result, I of course opened a long order at a high point, and now I'm trapped tightly. Sometimes I really feel that chasing the price is always when it's easiest to step into a pit.

Chasing the price and getting trapped has become a traditional skill; it's time to get used to it.
