Don't remind me again today

The crypto world has been eerily quiet lately.

Those friends who used to discuss market trends with me every day are now silent as a stone when I send messages. They probably can't even be bothered to open WeChat anymore. From February to November, it was a grueling nine months; the anxious emotions that couldn't be stopped no matter how I advised them have now completely calmed down—because they have become so numb that they don't want to talk.

However, speaking of which, the timing of this adjustment is strikingly similar to the historical cycle that occurs every four years. Some say this is a form of mysticism, but I believe the market has its own rules.

The hardest part of a bear market is not the losses themselves, but the agony of watching your account balance shrink while feeling powerless. Not many can endure this period, but it is precisely because of this that the next round of the game is even more worth looking forward to.

I hope that those friends who are still at the poker table will continue in the next cycle. Mainstream coins like ETH, XRP, and SOL will ultimately give those who persist an explanation.
ETH5.57%
XRP1.61%
SOL4.3%

Feeling numb is exactly right; that's the proper way to handle a bear market. Keep holding tight.

Numbness is really a kind of protective mechanism; no matter how anxious you are, it won't change the green of the account. Nine months, some people have already done a Rug Pull, and those who can still keep an eye on the market are tough. Persist? That's easy to say; there’s no money to operate with anyway. Let’s see if we can survive until the next cycle, just focus on staying alive for now. Can SOL still rise? I don't believe you.

I'm numb, to be honest. I don't even want to look at the Candlestick charts anymore, haha --- This four-year cycle reasoning, to put it bluntly, is just betting on probabilities, but who can guarantee that the next time will be stable? --- Those who are still holding on are tough people. I'm really starting to struggle a bit. --- The part about sinking into the sea is written perfectly. I see it around me too, it's as if everyone has evaporated. --- Next cycle? Let's just wait to survive this cycle first, buddy. --- XRP has been struggling there all along, it's really testing patience. --- The most heart-wrenching part is feeling powerless. I check my account every day, but it just doesn't move. --- Don't say anything. I've already deleted the market software. Out of sight, out of mind. --- The poker table is still there, but the people have dispersed. This is the hardest part, right? --- I haven't felt as optimistic about SOL since that crash, but I still have to carry on. --- To be honest, anyone who can endure these nine months is not simple. Half of the people have already Cut Loss and fled for their lives.

After enduring these nine months, I realized that the ones who can truly make money are never those who talk nonsense every day.

the four-year cycle is basically financial alchemy in motion... watching tvl drain while yields collapse is the real transmutation test ngl. only the ones who understand protocol equilibrium survive these bear winters fr

It's true that I'm numb, and now even looking at the account shows no response. Now I'm actually looking forward to the next cycle; those who survive this time are the real ones. This thing comes around every four years; whether it's mysterious or not, we don't know, so let's just believe in this pattern. If SOL really can turn things around, it better give us an explanation.

It’s been nine months without a Rebound, it’s really unbelievable... But to be honest, those who have persisted until now are truly warriors. Being in a numb state is actually quite dangerous, as it can lead to impulsive decisions. Next cycle? Let’s just live to see it, haha. I used to believe in this four-year cycle theory, now it’s just a matter of whether I can earn it back. The feeling of an account shrinking is really torturous, it’s even harder to bear than losing everything directly.

Numbness is too accurate to describe this situation, now I feel nothing when looking at the Candlestick --- Nine months... I see ghosts in my friend circle more often than I see friends from the crypto world --- The four-year cycle is indeed mysterious but has some substance; anyway, I'm just waiting --- Those who remain are the real deal, when it rises, it will be incredible --- It's better not to talk; speaking easily traps you at the moment your mindset collapses --- The feeling of account shrinkage is like watching someone else's story, but the protagonist is yourself --- If SOL really takes off, those who cut losses back then will cry to death --- The most torturous part of the Bear Market is the waiting; you can’t do anything but endure --- Is anyone still discussing the market? Everyone around me is avoiding the topic --- See you at the table; in the next round, let's earn back the losses from this round

Numbness is the best defense mechanism, really. Nine months have nearly turned a person into a walking corpse, but now I've become relieved.
