#香港稳定币监管框架 I saw the news about the new stablecoin regulatory rules in Hong Kong, and I feel a bit confused 🤔.
What impact will this policy adjustment bring? Is it favorable or tightening for existing stablecoin projects? Will the market experience fluctuations because of this?
To be honest, regulation itself is not a bad thing, but how the specific terms are implemented and how strictly they are enforced are the key issues. I hope it is not a one-size-fits-all approach, otherwise the entire ecosystem may need to be reshuffled.
Are there any friends who understand the inside story? How serious is this matter?

I really don't understand what's going on in Hong Kong this time, it feels like they are testing the waters.
Let's wait for the details to come out, right now it's just a guessing game.
If it's a blanket approach, I will just close all positions and leave.
What regulators fear the most are the gray areas, that's the real pitfall.
Does anyone know when exactly this will be implemented? It's too opaque.

The recent operations in Hong Kong feel like a trial, it's hard to see through it.
Is it Favourable Information or Unfavourable Information? We'll have to wait for the details to come out to know.
If it's a one-size-fits-all approach, this circle will be done for.
If anyone has insider information, please share.
The matter of stablecoins is bound to be regulated sooner or later, I just hope it doesn't kill the market's vitality.
The emergence of a regulatory framework isn't a bad thing; the key is the strength of implementation.
I think it's very likely to tighten a bit more.
Are there any frens hanging out in the Hong Kong circle? Share some insights.

This wave in Hong Kong is really a harvesting signal before being played for suckers, let's watch the show.
Wait, if the stablecoin gets stuck, how many people will have to rug pull?
Will liquidity collapse directly next year? It depends on the execution strength.
Rather than guessing this, why not ask what projects can still be entered a position in now?
Will this really become the last straw that breaks the camel's back?

ngl, hong kong's just exposing governance attack vectors everyone's been ignoring. stablecoin projects that can't adapt to basic compliance are fundamentally broken anyway—natural selection at work
the real question isn't whether this is good or bad, it's optimal fork timing. whoever fragments first with a compliant architecture wins. chaos breeds innovation, regulation just accelerates it

The recent regulation in Hong Kong is truly the Schrödinger's Favourable Information, it's hard to see through.
A one-size-fits-all approach is definitely doomed; what I'm worried about is that they might play tricks during execution.
There are no insider messages anywhere, everyone is waiting for the official guidelines.
Before the regulatory framework is established, it's all just speculation; don't take rumors as facts.
The stablecoin sector will have to be regulated sooner or later, but the question is how to do it fairly.
I just want to know if existing projects need to be re-registered.
Instead of guessing aimlessly, it's better to directly look at the policy documents.

In theory, Hong Kong is "innovating" again, but in reality, it’s just a different way to trap us.
Wait, is this round of regulation meant to make stablecoins more stable or more difficult? Luban No. 7 is under construction again.
One-size-fits-all? Your thinking is too naive, haha, regulation has never been gentle.
Before I see the contract terms, anything said is pointless; I’ll first try to see how deep this policy pit is.
To put it nicely, it’s a framework; to put it harshly, it’s just another pit dug for DeFi. We continue to win by lying down.
