After spending a long time in the encryption circle, you will discover a pattern: almost every new chain that goes live seems to want to dominate the world — games, social, Decentralized Finance protocols are all piled up. But Plasma is a bit different; its approach is somewhat "retro," which is quite interesting.
Plasma bets everything on one thing: to take payments to the extreme. It’s not a side project, nor a value-added feature, but rather treating payment settlement as the sole reason for the existence of the entire chain. This idea seems simple, but is truly revolutionary — using stablecoins as real "money" and building the entire settlement system around low cost, high speed, and high reliability.

To be honest, I’m a bit tired; another blockchain claiming it can change the world. However, Plasma, which focuses on payments... is indeed a bit different.

Ah, this is indeed rare to focus on payments, most new chains are just showing off their muscles with features.

Focusing on the payment approach is indeed clear-headed, much more reliable than those chains that want to do everything. However, how many can actually do payment well? It still depends on the final data that comes out.

Indeed, this is the right path. Focusing on doing one thing to perfection is much better than trying to do everything but not excelling at anything.

Ha, this idea is actually quite interesting. Focusing on doing one thing perfectly is indeed much more rational than those public chains that want to do everything.
