#美SEC推动加密创新监管 💣 Is the macro gate about to open? CME data just updated: The probability of a rate cut in December has jumped to 86.4%. What does this mean? Once liquidity is released, the channels between traditional capital and the on-chain world will be completely opened.

📊 Wall Street can't hold back any longer – the head of the Nasdaq Digital Assets department has clearly stated: the tokenized stock project has entered the regulatory fast lane, and the proposal from September is now advancing at full speed. Galaxy Digital is even bolder, directly starting to test the equity tokenization plan. The boundary between institutions and on-chain assets? It's disappearing at a visible pace.

But at this moment, someone hit the brakes. Recently, Vitalik publicly criticized the governance model of certain privacy coins, with the core point being a single sentence: "Privacy must be a public infrastructure and cannot be controlled by large holders." For the RWA track to take off, the balance between KYC and privacy cannot be overlooked.

💡 However, the technical side is already providing answers - the combination of "AI jury + zero-knowledge proof" being piloted by Deep Funding is quite interesting: the OpenAC protocol can complete identity verification in 99 milliseconds, and the key is that it does not leak user data throughout the process. This could be a breakthrough for the compliance of RWA.

🎓 Additionally, it is worth noting that the Ethereum Foundation will hold three technical tours in domestic universities in December. The event at Peking University and Tsinghua University, as well as a joint session with four universities, will have the Scroll technical team on-site to provide hands-on training for developers. For newcomers, such opportunities to directly engage with frontline engineering practice are rare.

With the expectation of interest rate cuts combined with the maturity of RWA infrastructure, this combination may lead to institutional capital entering the market faster than we think. However, the game of privacy and regulation will always exist—technology can run as fast as it wants, but the rules must keep pace.

Which variable do you think is more critical next? Is it the speed of macro liquidity release, or the progress of the implementation of privacy technology?

86.4% This number is a bit scary, are we really about to open the floodgates? --- Those guys on Wall Street have been unable to hold back for a long time, just waiting for this to open up --- Vitalik Buterin is still worrying about Privacy Coins, it's hilarious --- Speaking of which, if RWA really takes off, will the Compliance system directly stifle innovation? --- zk-SNARKs combined with AI juries, this combination is indeed quite interesting --- Institutional funds will enter quickly, but the tug-of-war between privacy and rules will never end --- The expectation of interest rate cuts combined with tokenization of stocks, this collision could be huge --- I’m optimistic about Scroll's promotion on campuses, no one does ecological education better than the Ethereum Foundation --- The progress of privacy technology implementation, this is really the bottleneck.

86.4% This data is quite impressive, but whether it can really take off still depends on whether we can tackle the privacy aspect. --- RWA is indeed hot, but I’m worried it might just be another wave of false enthusiasm; when regulation truly takes effect, it could be a whole different set of rules. --- Vitalik Buterin is criticizing the governance of Privacy Coins, it feels like a warning bell for future projects. --- 99 milliseconds verification without data leakage? If this stabilizes, it would indeed change the game rules. --- Interest rate cuts + RWA... sounds great, but when institutions really come in, will we retail investors still have space? Haha. --- The three lectures at Peking University and Tsinghua University are tempting, I want to attend one, but it sounds like there will be a huge crowd. --- Which is faster, Liquidity or Privacy? I bet Privacy will land slower than point shaving, after all, this is true technical work. --- To put it bluntly, it still comes down to this: no matter how impressive the technology is, it must keep pace with policy; otherwise, just wait to be rectified.

86.4% This number is significant, it's really coming. --- Let Wall Street be Wall Street, the crypto world is still the same, saying regulation but still playing people for suckers. --- Vitalik Buterin's words are spot on, if Privacy Coins are controlled by Large Investors, what's the point? --- 99 milliseconds to complete verification? Sounds good, but let's wait for actual user feedback first. --- The tour of Peking University and Tsinghua University really deserves to be followed, there aren't many opportunities for hands-on practice. --- If the combination of interest rate cuts and RWA Compliance really works, institutions getting on board will be unstoppable. --- To put it bluntly, it's still a race between technology and rules; whoever can't keep up gets eliminated. --- There is no absolute answer to the balance between privacy and regulation, it's always a range-bound battle. --- Liquidity release will definitely be much faster than the landing of privacy technology, no doubt about that. --- The key question is, can RWA really absorb that much capital? Let's not have another IEO.

A 86.4% probability of interest rate cuts sounds quite intimidating, but the real question is whether institutional investors entering the market will turn the blockchain into Wall Street 2.0. I agree with V神's statement, it's not interesting if Privacy Coins are held hostage by Large Investors. Regarding RWA, I think it still depends on whose infrastructure can run smoothly first. 99 milliseconds for verification sounds amazing, but we still don't know how it performs in real scenarios. A technical tour from Peking University and Tsinghua University? It feels a bit late; this wave of rise has already been reflected. Interest rate cuts + RWA is indeed a combination move, but I am more concerned about where the regulatory red lines will be drawn. No matter how fast the technology is, it can't stop policies from making one-size-fits-all decisions.

The probability of a 86.4% interest rate cut has really arrived, is it a signal for institutions to buy the dip? --- Wall Street is about to enter the market, but this time is it not the play people for suckers routine? --- Vitalik Buterin criticizes the governance of Privacy Coins, to put it bluntly, it's just that Large Investors have too much power. --- 99 milliseconds identity verification does not leak data, if RWA can really be used, that would be great. --- Interest rate cuts + RWA coming together, who can withstand that momentum of funds? --- Wait a minute, can privacy and compliance really coexist? Or do we have to choose one again? --- The Scroll team is touring Peking University and Tsinghua University, finally there is a bit of practical opportunity. --- I also want to know which matures first, Liquidity or privacy, it feels like both will be a bottleneck. --- Is tokenization of stocks still far from ordinary people?
