Recently, I noticed a rather interesting community bail-in case — $FWOG.
The story dates back to August last year, when there was a frog-themed project called FLOG, which was doing quite well at first. However, the original team suddenly started dumping and cashing out, and it looked like it was going to become another classic rug pull. Unexpectedly, the community erupted, and a group of token holders spontaneously stepped up to take over the project, managing to clean up the mess.
They reorganized the team, adjusted the token economic model, and even changed the name—from FLOG to FWOG, symbolizing "a frog growing from the ruins." Now the project is becoming more and more vibrant, and the ecosystem built around $FWOG is slowly taking shape, for example, the Pixel_Fwogs NFT series is quite popular.
To be honest, there are not many cases of salvaging a project from chaos. This community-led revival story can provide some inspiration for other projects.

Frogs growing out of the ruins? Alright, this story does have some substance; community bail-in is much more reliable than developers doing a Rug Pull.

The frogs that grow on the ruins sound like the title of some web novel, haha.

Frogs growing on the ruins sound very punk. This is true Decentralization.
