🍿 Peter Schiff called the Strategy business model a scam and challenged Michael Saylor to a public debate.
According to him, the company relies solely on the fact that funds continue to buy preferred shares with promised high returns — payments that he is convinced will never occur.
When the managers realize this, there will be a mass exit from the Strategy papers, and the company will lose the ability to issue new shares, which will trigger a chain reaction and lead to its collapse.
Earlier, Schiff also called for a debate with Changpeng Zhao — the meeting is set to take place at the Binance Blockchain Week in December.
