This week, BTC and ETH ETFs continue to show a pattern of net outflows:
Bitcoin ETF saw a net outflow of $1.112 billion in a single week, marking the third consecutive week of net outflows, and the Bitcoin price dropped by 10,244 points, a decline of 9.66%;
Ethereum ETF recorded a net outflow of 728 million USD in a single week, marking the second consecutive week of net outflows. The price of Ethereum dropped by 407 points, a decline of 11.39%;
Reason analysis: The continuous net outflow of ETFs is mainly affected by macro factors such as the weakening expectation of the Federal Reserve's interest rate cuts and the pullback of technology stocks; meanwhile, the continuous price pullback of Bitcoin and Ethereum has further intensified the capital outflow.
Market Outlook: Taking BTC as an example, short-term ETF outflows may continue, especially if BTC fails to hold the support at 92000, which may further exacerbate capital flight; on the contrary, if it holds above 92000, it may rebound to 100000, attracting capital back in;
In the long run: institutional demand remains strong, even if interest rate cuts are paused once, they will continue afterward. Remember to reduce or eliminate leverage, and hold spot assets calmly for the long term.
(After continuous outflows, the bottom often appears, not a big issue, don't panic) #bitcoin #ETH #DYOR
