This name sounds very much like something about "fans holding a concert on the chain."
I flipped through the information and saw that virtual idols, fan economy, and brand collaboration simply mean taking the act of idolizing to Web3, and adding digital ownership into the mix, which is quite intense.

This airdrop has a total of 2,727,273 TOWN, with mining time from August 26 to September 2. Both USDT and TOWN can be staked, and you can receive coins every hour. The image that comes to my mind is: fans grabbing airdrops on the blockchain, and then conveniently "endorsing" their favorite virtual idols, which is somewhat like a voting selection, only the votes have turned into tokens. Personally, I think Alt .town is at least fresh in its narrative; it is not purely financial DeFi, but rather aims to tie entertainment to the blockchain. However, entertainment is originally seven parts story and three parts reality, so how far it can go depends on market sentiment and shouldn't be taken too seriously.
