Hello, if the Airdrop rewards have not been distributed for a long time, you can try to contact online customer service and provide detailed information for verification. In the app, go to the homepage - click the icon in the upper left corner - in the pop-up page, click the upper right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer? Click here" - enter "manual" in the input field below - select "Transfer to manual" in the reply messages and choose the relevant issue.
