Within 90 minutes of the Drift security incident, USDT0 paused the Solana cross-chain communications network

Gate News message: On April 2, the all-chain stablecoin protocol USDT0 published a post stating that after a Drift security incident involving Solana occurred, USDT0 completed its response within 90 minutes and paused its cross-chain communication network on Solana. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino forwarded and praised USDT0’s team’s handling, saying that in difficult moments such as security loopholes like this, people and institutions always tend to choose solutions that can protect them. Previously, ZachXBT criticized Circle for not freezing USDC transfers in a timely manner during the Drift attack incident.
