The new regulations will take effect on May 1, 2026. The latest requirements mandate that validators must adhere to fair transaction ordering rules, refrain from transaction censorship, meet stricter block time standards, and be subject to Autonomous System Number (ASN) and data center concentration limits to reduce the risk of network infrastructure centralization.
