Previously, X product lead Nikita Bier revealed that starting this Thursday (March 26), the platform will adjust its creator revenue sharing incentive mechanism, focusing on increasing the exposure weight for creators’ regions. This adjustment aims to encourage content that resonates with local, neighboring, and similar-language audiences, while reducing the motivation for creators to optimize traffic specifically for U.S. or Japanese accounts, thereby promoting a more diverse content ecosystem on the platform.
