OpenAI plans to raise approximately $10 billion from companies such as MGX, Coatue, and Thrive

Golden Finance reports that on March 25, sources familiar with the matter revealed that OpenAI is about to reach an agreement to raise approximately $10 billion from venture investors, bringing its latest funding round to a total of about $120 billion. The sources also said that MGX from Abu Dhabi, Coatue Management, and Thrive Capital will participate in this round of financing, which is valued at $730 billion (excluding funds already raised). Additionally, the sources mentioned that Altimeter Capital also plans to invest. The sources indicated that these investments are expected to be completed by the end of this month. Negotiations are still ongoing, and the final amount may vary.
