Gold Finance reports that on March 24th, according to foreign media, the conflict between Iran and Israel continues unabated, while meanwhile, Trump claims that negotiations are underway to end the conflict. Iran launched missile and drone attacks overnight on cities including Eilat, Dimona, and Tel Aviv in Israel, as well as U.S. military bases in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia reported intercepting a drone in the eastern region, and Kuwait stated that some power lines ceased operation following Iran’s attack. Bahrain also sounded alarms.
According to Iranian media Fars News, the U.S. and Israel launched attacks that damaged a natural gas pressure regulation plant and an administrative building in Isfahan, central Iran. Additionally, a pipeline supplying natural gas to the Khorramshahr combined cycle power plant in southwestern Iran was attacked. Despite Trump delaying the decision to attack Iran’s energy infrastructure, the attacks continued. (Jin10)
