SK Hynix Plans U.S. Listing of ADRs, Aims to Raise 10 to 15 Trillion Korean Won

Gate News reports that on March 23, SK Hynix plans to issue new shares and list ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) in the United States, with an issuance scale of approximately 2.4% of the total share capital, aiming to raise 10 trillion to 15 trillion Korean won. The funds will mainly be used to expand high-bandwidth memory (HBM) production capacity and promote the construction of a semiconductor cluster to strengthen its leading position in the global AI semiconductor market. SK Group Chairman Choi Tae-yoon previously announced at NVIDIA GTC 2026 Developer Conference that the company is advancing its ADR listing plan.
