Gate News Report, March 20 — London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company announced that its Chief Financial Officer Albert Soleiman has reached an agreement with the board to resign from his director position immediately and step down as CFO after a smooth transition. The company’s former CFO, now Financial Director and Project Manager Mario Visconti, will serve as interim CFO following Albert Soleiman’s departure.
