Alaya AI’s design goal is to provide an open data access channel for personal and enterprise AI applications, supporting decentralized data crowdsourcing and direct P2P data requests. Its open and composable platform architecture allows AI projects to establish custom data reward pools and use platform tokens as payment to meet specific data needs. Through Alaya AI’s open data platform, the Web3 community can participate in data contribution and stake and develop AI models using $AGT tokens. The tokenization of AI models enables the community to support the growth of decentralized AI technology and raise funds through the $AGT staking pool to drive model development and optimization.

The technical architecture and core functions of Alaya AI

The technical architecture of Alaya AI is divided into the following key parts:

  1. Decentralized Data Ecosystem
    Alaya AI uses a decentralized data sampling structure to connect data suppliers worldwide through an integrated Web3 data infrastructure. Data clients can submit data requests according to specific needs, and Alaya AI will automatically assign these tasks to suitable users for annotation and tagging.
  2. Automated data preprocessing:
    Once the data collection is completed, the Alaya AI system will automatically preprocess the data, including data cleaning, deduplication, and privacy protection, and apply zero-knowledge encryption (ZK-encryption) to ensure data security.
  3. Data Auto-labeling Tool:
    Alaya AI provides an exclusive toolset for automatic data annotation, which can maximize the efficiency of data annotation by leveraging human knowledge through the optimization mechanism of Reinforcement Learning Human Feedback (RLHF), while significantly reducing costs. The system can achieve a verification rate of over 80% and can instantly process static and dynamic visual data.
  4. Open Data Platform:
    Alaya AI supports custom dataset bootstrapping, especially suitable for early-stage small AI developers, allowing them to obtain training data through Web3 native token rewards, reducing the high costs of traditional data markets.

Alaya AI’s NFT system

Alaya AI adopts a dual NFT design, divided into Alaya NFTs and Medallion NFTs.

  • Alaya NFTs: Alaya NFTs are the basic identity markers for users on the platform, obtained for free upon registration, and allowing users to participate in data annotation, earn rewards, and participate in community activities.
  • Medallion NFTs: Medallion NFTs are special NFTs designed for system labeling, user ranking, and task distribution. They cannot be traded and can only be unlocked and permanently bound to the wallet through personal achievements.

These NFTs can be upgraded by accumulating experience points and consuming $AGT. After upgrading, more advanced tasks will be unlocked, increasing the chances of rewards.

Tokenomics of Alaya AI
