Objective
This guide will walk you through how to check your staking order status and earnings details in the Gate App.
Steps
Step 1: Access the staking Page

Open the Gate App and log in to your account

Tap the Earn button in the bottom navigation bar

Select Staking to enter the page
Step 2: Go to the Finance History Page

On the Staking page, tap the position icon in the top right corner

On the Earn page, tap the history icon in the top right corner
Step 3: View Staking Order Status

On the Investment History page, tap Staking
-
Use the filter options to view different types of orders:

Subscribe: View staking records

Redeem: Check redemption progress

Interest: View interest distribution records
-
Bonus: View extra reward records
-
Step 4: Check Redemption Status
Tap the Redeem option to view the current redeem status of your assets and the estimated arrival time.
Step 5: View Earnings Details

Tap the Interest option to view historical interest distribution details

Tap the Bonus option to view details of extra rewards distributed

Q1: Why can’t I see my earnings records?
A: Please confirm that your staking order has started accruing interest. Typically, earnings begin to accrue the day after a successful stake, and rewards are distributed to your account periodically.
Q2: How long does it take for redemption to arrive?
A: Redemption times vary by token, generally ranging from 1 to 28 days. Please check the product details on the staking page or view the estimated arrival time in your redemption order details.
Q3: Can I still earn rewards during the redemption period?
A: No. Assets do not earn staking rewards or extra rewards during the redemption period. Earnings calculation stops once redemption is initiated.
