How to Export Transaction History on the Exchange Platform Website

You can generate your account's transaction history from the following periods: Last 24 hours, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. You can also select the Custom option to filter by specific dates and generate a report for that period.

Steps on the Exchange Platform Website via Computer:

  1. Log in to your exchange account and hover over the wallet icon. Click Transaction History.

  2. Hover over the export icon and click Export Transaction Records.

  3. For periods within the last 6 months, select from the provided ranges and choose the account, sub-account, and currency options for which you want to generate a statement. Click Generate and proceed to step 4 below.

If you want to generate a report for periods longer than 6 months, click the Custom option.

3.1. Select a custom date range for your report.

3.2. Remember that to export records from different time periods, you may need to perform multiple exports, one report at a time. Each user can generate a limited number of statements monthly (15–40).

  1. Generating the report will take some time, and the estimated waiting time will be displayed in the "Status" column.

Once the statement is generated, you will receive a reminder via SMS or email. If you do not receive a reminder message, wait and check again in an hour or two.

  1. Return to the Export Transaction Records popup and click Download next to the generated statement.

Remember that the download link for the statement will only be stored for 7 days. We recommend downloading it as soon as possible.

  5. Once the process is complete, you can find the Download link in the list.
