❗️ ARK Invest and 21Shares have made changes to the spot Ethereum ETF approval application
📑 On February 7, ARK Invest and 21Shares submitted an updated application for the creation of a spot Ethereum ETF.
💰 The proposal involves using only cash to create and redeem shares of an exchange-traded fund, as in the recently approved Bitcoin ETF.
🔍 The updated application also includes a new component related to staking.
💬 "The Issuer may from time to time place a portion of the trust's assets through one or more trusted providers. The fund will receive certain fees for placing Ethereum, which may be considered as its income," the statement said.
