CCTV Reporter learned from the Iranian side on April 7 local time that Hark Island in Iran was attacked again, and multiple explosions were heard.

The U.S. Central Command stated on March 14 that U.S. forces carried out a large-scale strike on Hark Island in Iran on the evening of March 13, successfully hitting more than 90 military targets on the island. The U.S. military destroyed military targets such as Iran’s naval mine storage facilities and missile storage bunkers, but “retained” the oil infrastructure.

Hark Island, Iran’s oil export hub, is located in the northwest of the Persian Gulf, about 25 kilometers from the Iranian coast. It is Iran’s largest crude oil export base, with 90% of Iran’s crude oil exported from here. (CCTV Reporter Li Jiannan, Li Zhao)
